WARRANTY POLICY (SINGAPORE ONLY)
The products mentioned below are entitled to free repair service within the coverage period. By purchasing any of these products, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the Terms and Conditions for Warranty Service and the terms set out herein. If the product is NOT covered by our Exchange Policy, we will have it stated in the product description.

- All other 3rd Party Electronics - 6 MONTHS
Conditions for Warranty Service
The service centres for each brand will accept your product(s) for warranty repair service under following circumstance(s):
- Button defect (Eg. Buttons or analog sticks not working)
- Product is faulty (Eg. Auto-shutdown, display errors that does not include dead pixels)
- Product is damaged (ONLY FOR TURTLE BEACH HEADSET)
- Headset audio problems (Eg. Audible only on one side (Left or Right) of the headset)

To proceed with the warranty service, please take note of the following:
- Order# for the product sent for warranty must be provided.
- Serial Number of the product must not be defaced, altered or tempered with in any way.
- Warranty Seal of the product must not be defaced, altered or tempered with in any way.
