Hi everyone, this is a notice regarding how Game Academia will operate during the COVID-19 period, we urge our customers and clients to read this before shopping with us.
Operations
Game Academia will continue operations online, our retail outlet at Tai Seng will be closed until the Circuit Breaker measures are lifted by our government. For any enquiries or order follow up, please e-mail us at gameacad@gmail.com or Message us on Facebook and we will get back to you.
Product Releases on May / June 2020
Products that are scheduled for official release during this period have a very high chance of shipment delays from individual country's custom clearance. This is highly anticipated for all products, be it import or export from Singapore. If it is not made in Singapore, it will definitely be delayed as advised by our Distributors. We seek your kind understanding that this situation is beyond our control and we place full faith in our hardworking Distributors who are trying to get the product to reach on time or as fast as possible.
Effective on 25th April 2020, some of our key distributors were given 48 hours to cease all operations as they are not under the "Essential Bussiness" category determined by our government. This will mean that restocks and new releases will be on hold until further notice.
Overseas Operations
Please note that it may take up to an additional 3-5 working days for your package to reach you during this pandemic, regardless of shipping services such as DHL / SingPost / Speedpost, depending on your location.
Events
All tournaments for trading card game and video games are temporarily suspended until further notice. We will have online events such as Gacha Games and Whackapack conducted through Twitch.TV and Facebook live. Please take a look at our "LIVE Events" tab for more information.
